Whether you're just getting started or honing your skills, clinics are a great way to learn more about triathlon, meet training buddies, and get answers to your questions. Most clinics are free, and you can join as many as you'd like!

Ross has been coaching Triathlon for the past 5 years, racing for the past 10, and riding a bike of some sort since he was 3. He is a USAT Triathlon Coach, and he holds a bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education and Exercise Science. Ross lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and 3 dogs. He owns and operates Big Ring Builds. Ross has a passion for getting people started in cycling and triathlon and helping them set and accomplish their goals.

Get instructions on swimming strokes and triathlon running! Join the TriDi coaches for an hour pool swim, learning the ins and outs of stroke improvement and techniques to rock the swim, and then transition to an hour long coach led group run, followed by cool down stretch and maybe even some planks! All participants will receive a complimentary Mighty Mujer Swim Cap. FREE

Diversity in Aquatics will lead us on an aquatic adventure tailored for beginners to learn all the tips and tricks of triathlon swimming and running - what we like to call a BRICK workout. Come join the TRI Club at FIU for an Open Water Swim experience. A coach led swim in the calm and flat bay at the FIU Biscayne Bay Campus. Beginners will do drills by the shoreline and others will have the chance to experience a wave start and swim out and around our buoys set up in the bay, while being followed by lifeguards on kayaks. FREE

Get instruction and tips on transitions! Practice setting up your transition area and learn about brick workouts. Bring your bike and run gear, we will go for a short bike-run brick workout and practice transitioning just like we do on race day. This is HIGHLY recommended for new triathletes to get the feel of what it is like to transition from the bike to the run. Followed by snacks and drinks from our Mighty Mujer Sponsor, Cali Coffee.
